R.J. MCELROY TRUST GRANT APPLICATION AND GUIDELINES

Application Guidelines:
Before you begin the application, please talk to the Executive Director, Stacy Van Gorp. Call 319-287-9102 or e-mail vangorp@mcelroytrust.org. We ask you to do this so we can learn more about the project and to ensure eligibility.
- Please be sure to review the list of eligibility requirements before beginning your application.
- There is no page limit but we encourage you to keep applications succinct. We recommend applications of 2 – 4 pages (without counting attachments).
- Type and single-space all proposals. Please do not use a font smaller than 10.
- You are welcome to include a one-page cover letter to introduce the project.
- Answer all questions in the order listed. Use the headings, subheadings and numbers provided.
- Please submit one copy of the application and attachments by mail.
- Please do not submit applications electronically.
- Please do not submit your proposal in binders or folders.
- Proposals must be postmarked by April 1, June 1, September 1 or December 1.
